State-owned Ukrgasbank has sold its central office in Kyiv’s Pechersk district for UAH 317.9 million and is expected to relocate by November 1. This is according to data published on the ProZorro website.
The property sold is located at 19, 21, and 23 Staronavodnytska Street, which, according to the bank’s official website, was home to its main administrative offices.
The auction for the building began on June 27 and concluded on July 14. The initial asking price was UAH 341.8 million but was later reduced to UAH 317.9 million. Only one buyer participated in the auction — LLC Dolya i Ko LTD, which officially became the new owner.
According to OpenDataBot, the purchasing company was registered in Kyiv on April 9, 1992. It is owned by members of the Tatarintsev family: Yaroslav (40% of the charter capital), Larysa (30%), and Andriy (30%). Larysa Tatarintseva is listed as the general director, and the company’s charter capital is UAH 2 million.
According to Telegraf, Ukrgasbank’s new address will be 29 Kovpaka Street in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv. This building previously housed the headquarters of Ukrsotsbank and was later used by PrivatBank.
As of April 2025, according to the National Bank of Ukraine, Ukrgasbank ranked fifth among the country’s 60 operating banks by total assets (UAH 220.0 billion or 5.9% of the market).
