1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
Personal data is any information relating to an individual who is identified or identifiable (“subject of data”); an individual who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular, by such identifiers as name, identification number, location information, via an online identification or by one or more factors that are decisive for the physical, economic, cultural or social nature of such an individual.
Online IDs are personal data that allow users of devices, applications, tools, or protocols to be installed, including an IP address, cookie ID, or other identifiers such as radio frequency identification tags.
Processing is any operation or series of operations with personal data or sets of personal data with or without automated means. These operations include: Collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or change, search, acquaintance, use, disclosure through transmission, distribution or otherwise, arrangement or combination, restriction, removal or destruction.
Profiling is any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to assess individual personal aspects, which relate to an individual, in particular, to analyze or forecast aspects related to the performance of the subject at work, economic situation, health, personal advantages, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movement.
A data subject (user or visitor) is an individual who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by using an ID, such as: Name, ID, location, online ID.
The Controller is an individual or legal entity, a public authority, an agency or other body that independently or in association with others determines the purposes and means of personal data processing.
Site administration (recipient) is a natural or legal person, who will disclose personal information.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1.1. Personal information provided by the user during the registration (creation of an account) or during the use of the Services, including personal user data. 3. THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING USER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION
3.1. The Site collects and stores only the personal information required to provide services or to perform transactions and agreements with the User, except where the law requires personal information to be kept for a period of time specified by law.

4. TERMS OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OF USERS AND ITS TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES.
4.1. The site stores personal information of users in accordance with the internal regulations of specific services.
4.2. Personal information of the user is kept confidential, except for cases of voluntary provision of information about himself by the user for general access to unlimited number of persons. 5. USER RIGHTS
5.1. Right to access to information – the user has the right to obtain from the Controller confirmation of the processing of personal data and, if so, access to personal data and information about:
– objectives of the work;
– categories of personal data being processed;
– if possible – the period during which personal data is expected to be stored. Or, if it is impossible, the criteria for determining such a period;
– The right to submit a request to the Controller for correction or collection of personal data or limitation of processing of personal data about the data subject and to object against such processing;
– the right to file a complaint;
Availability of automated production and decision making, including profiling and, at least in such cases, reliable information about logic, significance and predicted consequences of such work for users.
5.2. Right to correction – the user has the right to correct inaccurate personal data, which the Controller must carry out without any unreasonable delay. Due to the purposes of the work, the user must fill in the blank personal data.
5.3. Right to clean: The user has the right to request the Controller to collect his personal data if one of the following reasons occurs:
– there is no need for personal data concerning the goals for which they were collected or otherwise worked out;
– The user recalls the agreement on which the work is based, or there is no other legal basis for further work.
5.4. The right to deny – the user has the right to challenge at any time on the grounds connected with his specific situation, to develop personal data, including to deny filing. Since then, the Controller should no longer process personal data, except to prove that it has substantial legal grounds for processing, which is superior to the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the formation, performance or protection of legal claims.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND RECIPIENT
6.1. The user is obliged to:

7.3. The user is responsible for providing reliable information in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law.
8.1. The recipient of personal data takes all necessary measures of technical and organizational-legal nature to ensure proper level of protection of processed personal data from unauthorized access of third parties, as well as from accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, distribution, or other unlawful actions of third parties.
8.2. The recipient of personal data takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that only personal data that is required for each special purpose of processing is processed by default.
