Confectionery Corporation “Biscuit-Chocolate” has invested € 8 million in the development of the production capacity in 2015. This is stated in the report of the corporation.
According to the President of the corporation Alla Kovalenko, investments were directed including the introduction of new technologies, enabling enterprises to manufacture products that are still not produced in Ukraine.
So, in the confectionery factory “Kharkovchanka” investments were primarily aimed at producing tidal chocolates.
“Replacing old equipment for technological complex Foly Lekos (Slovakia) has allowed to increase productivity, reduce labor intensity, improve the quality and to introduce new technologies with candy production simultaneously with two fillings and making stuffing additional ingredients, such as whole nuts, blown cereals”, – the report says.
As part of the investment program of the end of 2014 and entire 2015 was purchased a new line of Dutch company Tanis (the world leader in the production of the iris), which neglects the production of crispy krokant brittle and chocolate-based soft toffee.
There was also upgraded candy production line on the basis of nougat, in which corporate technologists have developed a new bar on the basis of exploded grains.
As previously reported, in 2015, the corporation “Biscuit-Chocolate” (Kharkiv) has released 60 th. tons of confectionery, which is 7% more than in 2014 year.
Corporation “Biscuit-Chocolate” was founded in 2004, it consists of “Confectionery “Kharkovchanka”, PJSC, “Kharkiv Biscuit Factory” PJSC, “Trading House “Prestige” (all in Kharkiv), LLC.
The sphere of corporate governance also includes “Pervuhinsky sugar factory”, PJSC, “Krasnogradsky Mlyn”, LLC, “Agrofirm named after Skovoroda”, PJSC (All in Kharkiv region).
