The Solomensky District Court of Kiev had arrested the “Fozzy-Food” accounts (Vishneve, Kyiv region) due to the underreporting by the officials of the value added tax.
This is stated in the definition of the Court of 18 May, says the Ukrainian News.
The Solomenskiy District Court of Kyiv has received a request for the seizure of the property in criminal proceedings of 29 March, 2015.
The investigation found that the officials of the “Fozzy-Food”, LLC have lowered the VAT in January-February 2015 in the amount of 32.2 million UAH during the financial and economic relations with a number of companies through the fictitious sales operations.
This offense was recorded in the act of unscheduled field inspection of the Fiscal Service in November 2015.
During the audit was found a discrepancy purchased and sold goods, failure to prove the reality of the financial and business operations, the inability to fulfill a contractual relationship.
It was found that the “Fozzy-Food” company has bank accounts in the “Pivdenny” bank and in the “Vostok” bank.
“In order to stop criminal activities and to further compensation for damage caused to the state it was necessary to seize the accounts “Fozzy-Food”, LLC, – said in the ruling of the court.
The court decided to arrest the company’s accounts in 2 banks, has forbidden to dispose of money and decided to stop spending operations with funds received to the accounts.
As reported, the”Fozzy-Food” company is a limited liability company, which is a member of the Fozzy Group trade and industrial corporation.
Fozzy Group brings together a network of supermarkets “Silpo”, the wholesale Fozzy hypermarkets, pharmaceutical supermarkets “Bila romashka”, Ringoo electronics stores, as well as Nizhyn cannery (“Nizhyn” TM), “Varto” poultry farm.
