Deere & Co. shares rose by 3% due to an increase in their rating by Bank of America analysts after the publication of the company’s financial report last Friday.
Index of Dow Jones Industrial Average trading results rose by 378.13 points (1.35%) – up to 28,308.46 points, surpassing the mark of 28,000 points for the first time in the last six months. The value of the index remains only 4.2% below the record closing high, set on February 12.
The Standard & Poor’s 500 added 34.12 points (1%) and reached a record 3431.28 points, closing near a new session record.
The Nasdaq Composite rose by 67.92 points (0.60%) to a record of 11,379.72 points. During the auctions the index rose to a historic high at 11,462.05 points.
