Investors will build a plant for processing oil in Sumy region. This was discussed during the meeting of the regional state administration Mykola Klochko and a director of investors company, representative of the Azerbaijani diaspora, Elin Aliyev. “Sumy has a considerable agro-industrial potential and prerequisites for the development of the processing industry. We are interested in establishing business relations with investors and create conditions for business felt itself protected from unlawful attacks”, – said N. Klochko while interacting with guest.
Elin Aliyev noted the dynamic development of Sumy agriculture.
“Market research confirms that Sumy region is potentially powerful for the processing of agricultural products. Our Turkish partners intend to establish processing oilseeds in the Sumy region. In 2015 the Romenskii compound feed mill was bought. Now we are developing a design work for the reconstruction of elevator capacity”, – said Aliyev Elin.
Investors remodel elevator power and lead the design work for the construction of processing plant oilseeds.
It is reported that the company will process soybeans, canola and sunflower. Estimated soybean processing capacity will be about 200 thousand tonnes per year.
Finished products (meal and soybean oil) will supply not only to Ukrainian consumers and businesses, but also to the European Union and Belarus. Completion of the facility is planned for 2017.
