As of the end of June, the total amount of Ukraine’s public and publicly guaranteed debt reached $184.84 billion, increasing by $3.88 billion over the month. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
As of June 30, 2025, Ukraine’s public and publicly guaranteed debt amounted to UAH 7,696.95 billion or $184.84 billion.
During June 2025, the debt increased by UAH 181.73 billion in local currency terms and by $3.88 billion in USD equivalent.
Specifically:
External public and publicly guaranteed debt stood at UAH 5,775.49 billion (or $138.70 billion), accounting for 75.04% of the total.
Domestic public and publicly guaranteed debt was UAH 1,921.46 billion (or $46.14 billion), making up 24.96% of the total.
Ukraine’s public debt alone amounted to UAH 7,402.52 billion (or $177.77 billion), which is 96.18% of the total.
The publicly guaranteed debt was UAH 294.43 billion (or $7.07 billion), representing 3.83% of the total.
