The American information technology giant of Microsoft intends to buy the creator and developer of games ZeniMax Media for $ 7.5 billion.

Microsoft plans to take over the company in the second half of 2021 fiscal year after receiving approval from the necessary regulators, and does not expect much impact of its financial performance.
