За підсумками 2022 року доходи українців впадуть на 25%. Про це йдеться в Інфляційному звіті Національного банку України.
Загалом номінальні зарплати скоротяться на 12%, а в реальному вимірі (з урахуванням інфляції) – на 27%.
“Надалі з відновленням економіки, пожвавленням попиту на робочу силу номінальні зарплати швидко зростатимуть і перевищать довоєнний рівень вже в 2023 році. Втім, з урахуванням інфляційних процесів реальні зарплати наприкінці 2024 року будуть все ще нижчими за довоєнний рівень”, – йдеться в повідомленні.
У НБУ наголошують, що українські підприємства намагалися виплачувати зарплату, а деякі робили додаткові виплати чи надавали матеріальну допомогу, навіть якщо не працювали.
“Однак із продовженням бойових дій підприємства частіше звільняють персонал і переважно не в змозі платити довоєнну зарплату. Серед великих компаній, особливо міжнародних, переважають ті, хто виплачував зарплату повністю. Втім, навіть ці компанії оптимізують витрати на персонал. Серед МСБ стійкості менше, тому звільнень та зниження зарплат більше”, – сказано у звіті.
Також наголошується, що перевищення пропозиції над попитом на ринку праці зумовлює зниження й очікуваних зарплат. За різними опитуваннями, падіння зарплат у приватному секторі у травні становило від 25% до 50% порівняно з довоєнним часом. Дещо краща ситуація в бюджетному секторі.
Стверджується, що втрата доходів населення частково компенсувалася соціальною допомогою, підвищенням пенсій та значним збільшенням виплат військовим.
