Big business has increased budget allocations

Ukrainian large taxpayers transferred UAH 362.3 billion in tax payments to the state budget in January-November 2020. According to the press service of the Office of Large Taxpayers of the State Tax Service, this is 11% more than in the same period last year.

The share of tax payments from large businesses served by the Office amounted to 58.7% of tax payments to the state budget in January – November 2020. Including income tax – 68.5%, value added tax – 52%, excise tax – 97.3%.

In terms of basic taxes, the state budget received UAH 123.3 billion in VAT, UAH 64.9 billion in income tax and UAH 70 billion in excise tax.

It is worth noting a significant increase in revenues from excise tax, which has been paid by UAH 9.2 billion since the beginning of 2020, or 15.2% more than in January-November 2019, the tax authorities added.
