The eleventh object of the state enterprise Ukrspirt Zalozetsky distillery was sold for UAH 80 million. This was reported by the State Property Fund on Wednesday, December 2.
It is noted that six participants competed in transparent bidding, as a result of which the starting price increased two and a half times – from UAH 32 to 80 million.
“This is the eleventh successful auction for the privatization of alcohol assets, which are taking place as part of the demonopolization of the alcohol market,” the agency said.
After signing the protocol on the results of the auction, the winner will have the opportunity to enter into a contract of sale and make a settlement. After that, the process of privatization of Zalozetsky distillery will be considered completed.
The new owner will receive the main building of the separator point, alcohol storage, production building, granary, as well as vehicles and equipment.
