The Tesa company (LLC) sold shares of Investbank to Alexey Kotovskyi. There was a requirement of the National Bank ownership structure. This was announced on the bank’s website. At the moment Alex Kotovskij owns 41.2% of the share capital of the bank.
The financial institutions report says that the National Bank held an additional issue of shares and increase the capital of the company 32 million uan. Now the capital of the company is equal to 199, 2 million uan.
Earlier it was reported that the shares of the bank had to be bought by Andrei Gavrilenko. He wanted to buy a part of the capital of the Investbank of 41.26%.
On April 1, 2016 by total assets (uan 480.785 million) Investbank occupied 75-th place among 109 ukrainian banks.
On January 1, 2016 the largest owners of Investbank were Nezvinsky Alexander and Nick Teplitz. Alexander Nezvinskyi’s direct participation contains 19.96% and indirect participation of Nicky Teplitz – 41.26%.
In February 2016 the Antimonopoly Committee allowed the Austrian company EDAL Holding und Finanzierungsberatung GmbH to buy 50% shares of Investbank.
Insurance company Arsenal-Insurance announced that one of its owners Alex Kotovskij is interested in acquiring the Investbank.
