The Digital Future Investment Company invests $ 200,000 in the Softcube personalization service. In this round also participated private investor Alexei Kuznetsov, and the total size of the deal was $ 400 000. There is another investor in the transaction, he is going to announce its participation later, because now he is at the stage of closing the deal.
The project receives an investment for the development of sales in the international market, as well as – for business development, marketing and strategic planning.
Softsube is an analytical service that handles heterogeneous data about customers to satisfy their needs. Softcube has three founders. Oleg Lesov and Oleg Boroday were the originators of the company when in 2012 they left their corporate career for their own business. Then mathematician Roman Zakharov joined the team. They decided to make Big Data-startup, where they could apply their knowledge and experience in e-commerce.
Digital Future was watching the startup for a year and barely invested it in the summer 2015. “Then we considered the risks are too high and decided to wait for some time. Boys are faced with the real life, successfully passed this stage, survived. Moreover, they could get a gain, changing their business model – from B2C to B2B, in other words – they went to the corporate segment. What they do is a unique thing”, – says the company’s CEO Alexey Vitchenko.
