The net profit of the world’s largest producer of soft drinks Coca-Cola, which falls on the company’s shareholders, in the first nine months of the year decreased by 9% year on year and amounted to 6.291 billion dollars, according to company reports.
Adjusted earnings per share were $ 1.46 against $ 1.6 a year earlier. Coca-Cola’s annual revenue fell from 13% to $ 24.403 billion.
In the third quarter, Coca-Cola’s net profit decreased by 33% compared to the same period in 2019 – to $ 1.737 billion. In terms of per share diluted earnings amounted to 0.4 dollars against 0.6 dollars a year earlier. Revenue fell 9% year-on-year to $ 8.652 billion. The figure exceeded the forecasts of experts who were waiting for it at $ 8.36 billion.
