The first LDaily’s CEO breakfast was held together with the International Turkish Ukrainian Businessmen Association (TUID) at the Hyatt Regency Kyiv hotel. Leaders of large Turkish companies gathered to discuss how companies can operate during the crisis and how to act in the new realities caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The partner of the event was S&P Agency Investment Risk Management. For 15 years, it has been helping its clients to create safe and stable business conditions in Ukraine — a country that is in the process of active transformation, where both risks and business opportunities are constantly changing.
During the CEO breakfast, managers actively discussed how companies are working during the global quarantine, difficulties caused by switching to remote work, as well as challenges for companies in the context of COVID-19.
For the guests of the CEO-breakfast, S&P Agency Investment Risk Management, represented by Nataliia Osadcha and Mykola Siutkin, demonstrated practical cases on the introduction of crisis communications by executives during the crisis. The speakers shared recommendations on the development of external communications in the public sphere — do’s and don’ts for CEOs during crises, as well as advice on how to make public communication an effective tool for achieving the planned business and financial results. They presented a crisis communication plan necessary for the successful operation of a company in the Ukrainian market. The speakers drew the guests’ attention to the procedure of building a team for effective accessing the public sphere. Also, they spoke on what tasks to set for full-time specialists and how to get the right result with the use of the public sphere.
