Ukraine to Abolish Work Completion Certificates

09.09.2025 News

The government plans to abolish work completion certificates. A corresponding draft law has already been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced on Telegram.

“The government’s bill eliminates the mandatory signing of a work completion certificate to pay for services in non-cash form as proof of service delivery. These changes will make it easier for Ukrainian companies to cooperate with European business partners,” she said following a meeting with entrepreneurs in the Zakarpattia region.

According to her, the total savings for businesses from this initiative are estimated at 20.2 billion hryvnias per year.
