Recently the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has approved the imminent agreement to acquire a network of medical centers “Medisvit” by the private clinic “Medikap”. Transaction amount and details were not disclosed at the moment.
The “Medical Center” Medikap” company is a private medical facility in Odessa, which had an income of $ 65, 596 million UAH for 2014, and for the 1st half of 2015 its income equaled 92.527 million UAH. The founder of the Ukrainian company “Medikap” is a Cypriot company Troaks investments limited, which invests in promising and innovative companies in the former Soviet Union. Final beneficiaries of the company are four US citizens Andrew Gaff, George Sigular, Donald Spencer and Kenneth Burns.
The company “Medisvit” is Ukrainian medical center, which is using modern integrated approaches in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases. The founder of the “Medical Centers” Medisvit” company (Kiev) is a Cyprus company Cerafium Holdings Limited. During 2014 the medical company has earned 37.3 million UAH, and for the 1st half of 2015 -18,863,000 UAH. The final beneficiary of the company is a citizen of Ukraine, Ivan Grintsov from Kiev.
