Representatives of the Russian corporation Hotel Development reported the signing of an agreement for the sale of the hotel Radisson Blu Hotel Kiev Podol, previously owned by foreign shareholders. Estimated value of the transaction is approximately $ 10 million.
With regard to information about the new owner of the four-star hotel in the prestigious district of Kiev, his name is not disclosed. Although some representatives of Ukrainian media associate the acquirer with the name of Ukrainian businessman and politician Serhii Tihipko. The businessman has denied any involvement in the above-mentioned transaction.
It is worth noting that the Radisson Blu Hotel Kiev Podol is the only asset of Russian holding in the territory of Ukraine. The hotel was opened in 2012. Its construction cost $ 38 million , which is almost three times greater than the estimated cost at the present time.
