Ukrzaliznytsia subsidiary Center software production signed five agreements with oil provider regarding purchase of 65 thousand tons of diesel fuel. This volume should be enough for two and a half months to ensure stable passenger – and freight transport. This was announced today from the data message posted on the official website of Ukrainian Railways.
The first two contracts were signed on 5 January this year. Each of them provides for the delivery of diesel fuel by volume of 10 tons. The purchase price under the first contract is 19 000 UAH per ton (15.8 hryvnia / liter), the second one – 19 399 UAH per ton (16.1 UAH / liter).
Head of PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia Wojciech Balchun noted that state-owned enterprise generates satisfactory reserve of diesel fuel, not to measure it a few days.
On January, 11 this year, were concluded three contracts more, for which conditions Ukrzaliznytsia gets 10 thousand tons to 18 500 UAH per ton (15.4 UAH per liter), 10 thousand tons of 18 800 UAH per ton (15.6 UAH per liter) and 25 thousand tons 18 720 UAH per ton (15.5 UAH per liter).
