Many Ukrainian investors and businessmen have a great interest in working abroad. They dream of having their own business, but many of them have a lot of questions about how to start and organize their work abroad? They don’t have sufficient knowledge regarding law and special procedures for the organization of business. For those who want to work in Poland the problem has already been solved. Recently a book in Ukraine was published with the purpose to instruct investors who wish to organize a business in Poland, and as well as for those who want to sell products in a foreign market.
The book is called “Business rules for Ukrainian investors in the Republic of Poland”. The book provides businessmen with knowhow as well as answers to a number of issues that are important for those who are considering doing business abroad. Furthermore the book tells about the specifics of doing business in Poland, its forms, the tax system, some information about operations in special economic zones, some questions about certification and standardization of products, the basics of corporate, investment, migration and labor law etc. The book will be useful for those people, who want to live in Poland, since it explains how to obtain a residence permit there.
The publication is created on the basis of legislation of the Republic of Poland valid from the 1st January 2015. The edition was published with the support of the International Legal Center EUCON and the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce.
The book was written by lawyer, senior partner and head of the office in Warsaw International Legal Center EUCON – Igor Yatsenko.
