According to Interfax-Ukraine, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has won the tender for carrying out USEP Ukrposhta financial and economic activities audit for 2015-2016 in the amount of 5, 79 million UAH.
The press-service of USEP Ukrposhta admitted: “Within corporatisation process in USEP Ukrposhta, it is necessary evaluating a property and own property rights for forming of the authorised capital of the future PJSC Ukrposhta Company.According to the law of Ukraine, the procurement procedure was carried out through ProZorro system of public electronic procurement”.
USEP Ukrposhta administration informed about the procedure for services procurement in the financial audit on the 20th of September 2016. The expected cost of services purchasing has constituted 10 million UAH and based on the commercial offers which had been received from audit companies before the date of the tender announcement.
PwC proposed the minimal cost in the auction, which was taken place on the 3rd of November 2016. This company is ready to provide the services in the amount of 5,79 million UAH.The enterprise has made the decision to recognise the PwC as a winner of the tender offer on the 7th of November 2016.
