Uwe Christian Eschner, the Austrian investment banker intends to take 65,749% of Investbank shares (Odessa).
The National commission on securities and the stock market (NCSSM) financial institution in the system of the information disclosure provided information about it.
Particularly, Eschner intends to take 45 550 625 bank shares with the nominal value of 58,3 million hryvnias.
Eschner is a co-owner of the FIS Capital GmbH company which indirectly owns 34,7% of Obrazovaniye Russian non-state pension fund shares.
FIS Capital GmbH is founded in 1994. It is the successful investment and consulting company with the headquarters in Vienna.
Within the international FIS group, the company has a long experience of work in Central and Eastern Europe.
Alexey Kotkovsky,the Ukrainian businessman, has purchased 41,2577% of Investbank for 36,587 million hryvnias.
Alexander Nezvinsky is the implied bank shareholder.
According to the NBU, the size of bank assets has taken the 76th place (410,2 million hryvnias) among 100 operating banks for October 1,2016 .
