The National Agency for the Detection, Investigation and Management of Corrupt Assets (ARMA) has identified Ukrtransnafta as the winner of a tender to manage the seized part of the Samara-Western Direction main oil pipeline.
It is noted that only two participants took part in the competition, as competition in this market is limited.
“The winner fully met the established selection criteria and offered the most favorable economic conditions. In addition, for the second contestant – PrykarpatZakhidtrans LLC – the decision of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of February 23, 2021 prohibits the use and disposal of this asset.
In addition, JSC Ukrtransnafta has a large material and technical base and a number of qualified specialists, “the statement reads.
The next stage involves the assessment of assets and the conclusion of a management agreement between ARMA and JSC Ukrtransnafta.
