Purchase and sale of an asset or share of the equity are generally associated with the participation of the foreign investor.Whether is it?
Practically all agricultural companies in the market of Ukraine are financed from the external market. The name of each company speaks for itself: foreign abbreviations at the end. All this information you could find on the stock exchange which is in open access.
The reason is covered in the status of rules which are followed by the company: International accounting standards. For the time being, it is twice less liquid companies in the territory of Ukraine, than a few years ago.
Especially,officials don’t disclose interest of investors in the Ukrainian assets. Analysing transactions with agrarian and industrial complex, a conclusion arises that the probability of foreign investments participation in the purchase of the small plant is higher than an investment of the new investor in the equity.
Marina Mugra within her author’s investigation, which connected with investments into an agricultural industrial complex of Ukraine, came to such conclusion. It became known from information, posted on AgroPortal.ua.

• Berezkins sold the Creative Company secretly. Dolebrer Holdings Limited Translogistik Services LTD, Journalita & Co Ltd ,Zeruin Co Ltd have redeemed 19,33% of company shares in equal part. Andrey Verevsky, the owner of the Kernel group, and Leonid Yurushev will fall into the line with the list of owners soon. Rysbek Toktomushev (the Kazakh investor) became the investor of this project.
• Canadian investors continue to redeem the Ukrainian assets. Astart Company is not the first in this list. In 2015 Fairfax has taken 5,35% of shares of Ovostar egg holding . According to Natalya Shpigotskaya, who is an analyst of Dragon Capital investment company believes that Astart Company has remained to one of the stablest entities among the public companies.
• Alexander Parashchy, the head of analysis department of Concorde Capital investment company, declares that only shareholders will get profit on the transaction.
• Fairfax is an insurance company which is a part of several investment funds around the world. The anonymous Investment ionic banker declares that drawing parallels between these two transactions which had been earlier.
• Valery Korotkov (one of the Ivanchik business partner) might leave the entity. His share in the company constitutes 25,99%.
• One more investment banker assumes that Ivanchik together with the Canadian investors will determine the destiny of the company in the future. Thus, foreign investors play an important role in the Ukrainian business.
