The Cabinet of Ministers has authorized the Office for Investment Attraction and Support (UkraineInvest) to accompany persons who invest more than 20 million euros in Ukraine.
The Cabinet of Ministers made the decision at a meeting the day before. Now UkraineInvest will support the investor in the preparation and implementation of the project with significant investment.
“Along with other instruments, such as concessions, successful privatization cases, industrial parks and others, this will really help to restore investment activity in the country,” said Prime Minister Denis Shmygal.
“It was one of the President’s promises that investors would receive a favorable environment and proper guarantees from the state. In order for this law (On state support of projects with significant investments – ed.) To work, the Government has appointed a specially authorized institution that will deal with investment support of projects and assist investors from the start of the project and throughout its implementation, “Shmygal added.
