One of the biggest Ukrainian trade and industrial groups Fozzy Group, which is a part of PJSC Holding Invest (Kyiv), has received permission from the Antimonopoly Committee for the purchase of Boguslavskii zavod prodtovariv (Kyiv region, city Bohuslav) and a plant for fish processing Vohni hestii (legal address – Kyiv, physical address – Zhytomyr). This information has portal delo.ua.
The above agreement provides Holding Invest more than half of the votes in the supreme management body MSiVVS Group, which includes these companies.
The main activity of Boguslavskiy zavod prodtovariv is the production of crackers, biscuits and confectionery. Net profit for the plant in 2015 was 0.7 million UAH in comparison with a net loss of money in the amount of 0.1 million UAH in 2014.
Plant Vohni Hestii recycles and conserves fish, crustaceans and molluscs. Net loss for 2015 was nearly 8 million UAH, and net income rose by almost half compared to the 2014 year – up to 237.6 million UAH.
