The press service of Hawkley reports that Hawkley Oil & Gas Limited Australian mining company had reported about the Ukrainian company sale transaction assets of Tomeas Assets Ltd.
The amount of transaction has constituted 1 million dollars. Negotiations on sale have continued since February 2016.
Reportedly that Hawkley Oil & Gas Limited will allocate proceeds of for reducing the debts and replenishment of a working capital.
In March 2013 Hawkley Oil & Gas Limited had purchased 100% of shares at the Ukrgeoinvest company yin Stolyarovsky licenced lot, which s located in the Dnieper and Donetsk basin.
The acquisition has concerned the license for 20 years production. The license covers the lot of 47 sq.km and is located on South side of South Afanasyevsky structure. By estimates, deposits of hydrocarbons of the site reach 5,46 billion cubic meters in a gas equivalent.
