Defence of the ex-chairman of Mikhaylovsky bank has lost the appeal

Ihor Doroshenko has been left in the predetention center. The appellate court of Kyiv rejected a request of Ihor Doroshenko, an ex-chairman of the board of Mikhaylovsky bank to be entitled to plead   and left it in the predetention center — the press service of Appellate court of the Kyiv city reports.

Therefore, the judge’s  board of Appellate court trial chamber on consideration of criminal cases  upholds the decision of Shevchenkovskyi district court of Kyiv according to which Doroshenko will stay under guards until December 6, 2016.

The prosecutor’s office of Kyiv city suspects the former chairman of the board of PJSC “Bank Mikhaylovsky” of bank finances plundering in the amount of  870 million hryvnias  and bank bringing  to insolvency. They incriminate to the ex-chairman making of the crimes which have been provided by the p. 5 of Art. 191 and Art. 218-1 of CC of Ukraine. At the same time on November 8,2016,  Victor Polishchuk, the former owner of Mikhaylovsky bank, declared  that there were no claims to him.
