Exceeding the limit of cash deal will be fined

The Ukrainians, who make financial transactions at a rate of more than 50 thousand UAH in cash, will be fined a minimum of 1700 UAH. Such a fact noted a practicing lawyer and human rights activist Arsen Marinushkin in his commentary for Gazeta.ua edition.

In accordance with Article 163-15 of Ukrainian Codex of administrative delinquency individual entrepreneurs and representatives of legal entities will be fined in the amount from 1700 to 3400 UAH for conducting cash payments more than the set limit, at the same time it provides for a secondary offense sanction from 8,500 to 17,000 UAH.

Worth noting that the specified administrative violation penalty will be applied in respect of the payer and the recipient of funds.

However, ordinary citizens of Ukraine and persons engaged in private practice (private notary, a lawyer and a doctor) can not be attracted to justice.

In addition, under law after 60 days from the date of the commission of the said offense a person may not be attracted to administrative responsibility.
