The economy will begin to recover in the aftermath of the coronavirus pandemic crisis, but some will lag behind the “leaders of the post-pandemic world” – the United States and China, writes Bloomberg Economics on April 4.
The recovery of the global economy is projected to be at a record pace and will grow by a record 6.9 percent over 50 years.
However, in the case of the coronary crisis, the recovery may be one-sided due to different rates of vaccination campaigns and different financial policies of states.
The main driver of recovery will be the United States, while the economies of countries such as France, Germany, Italy, Britain and Japan will continue to shrink.
Among the developing countries ahead will be China, which was able to defeat the COVID-19 epidemic, and Brazil, India and Russia will be “clearly inferior.”
According to JPMorgan Chase chief economist Bruce Kasman, last year most central banks, including in Turkey, Brazil and Russia, cut interest rates in response to the coronary crisis, but have now tightened monetary policy, expecting inflation or capital outflows to accelerate.
