This information was written by the &#171;ProAgro&#187;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) \u00a0gave the Dutch World Wide Industrial Invest BV company permission to acquire a controlling stake in the company WJ Ventures Limited (Cyprus), that controls grain and grain processing companies in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the AMCU the permission to World Wide Industrial Invest BV for the acquisition of the \u00abWJ Ventures Limited\u00bb company provides exceeding of 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is stated in the decision, published on the website of the AMCU.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reference.
