The consultant will \u00a0make recommendations regarding the repair of machines, and monitor the process of \u00a0removal of defects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The representative of BMW says that &#187; they seek to further improve \u00a0their production processes in order to better serve their clients,&#187; and that they &#171;respect the regulatory authorities and \u00a0looked forward to working with them to develop joint solutions in future.&#187;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration USA this is not the first penalty for the \u00a0German automaker, related to violation of safety rules.
