The amount of the deal consists $ 67 billion. It will be the biggest deal in IT-industry.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dell announced the sale of its assets before the transaction on the acquisition. It is needed for sale to get free money and reduce the amount of its debt, which after the transaction with EMC will be $ 49.5 billion. The company expects to receive by selling up to $ 10 million.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Well-informed sources say that the IT-services provider Perot Systems will be offered for sale. Negotiations with potential buyers are already underway (the interest showed Indian outsourcer Tata Consultancy Services, a systems integrator Atos, the IT company CGI and the company Genpact, etc.).
