PUBLIC OFFER FOR VOLUNTARY EDITORIAL SUPPORT<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter \u2014 the “Offer”) of SNN GROUP LLC, a legal entity registered under the laws of Ukraine (hereinafter \u2014 the “Company”), to any interested party (hereinafter \u2014 the “Contributor”).<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Subject of the Offer<\/span>
\nThe Company offers Contributors the opportunity to make a voluntary financial contribution to support the development of the LDaily media platform, including editorial activities, production of analytical materials, interviews, special reports, technical maintenance, and platform development.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Nature of the Contribution<\/span>
\nContributions are voluntary and non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n

The contribution is not a payment for any specific goods or services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Funds are used exclusively for editorial and platform development purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

No tax receipts or charity certificates are provided, as the Company is not a charitable organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Acceptance of the Offer<\/span>
\nThe Offer is considered accepted and a contract concluded once the Contributor transfers any amount to the Company’s account via the online form, payment system, or other method indicated on the website.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Final Provisions<\/span>
\nThis Offer is valid from the date of publication and remains in force indefinitely, until withdrawn or amended by the Company.<\/span><\/p>\n
