Sahaidak noted that the Chinese company in this matter demonstrates great skill and incredibly dynamic speed of work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">An authorized representative of Kyiv city authorities noted that a group of Chinese specialists in the previous week prepared a project that eventually was proposed in the memorandum, signed by the head of Kyiv City State Administration.
