{"id":35471,"date":"2017-01-21T19:40:57","date_gmt":"2017-01-21T17:40:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/en.ldaily.ua\/?p=35471"},"modified":"2017-01-21T19:40:57","modified_gmt":"2017-01-21T17:40:57","slug":"polish-it-company-will-become-a-part-of-ukrainian-softserve","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/news\/novosti\/polish-it-company-will-become-a-part-of-ukrainian-softserve\/","title":{"rendered":"Polish IT-company will become a part of Ukrainian SoftServe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">January 17 of this year it became known on completion of the procedure of purchase of one of the largest in Eastern Europe IT-company SoftServe assets of Polish developer Coders Centre software, as reported online edition Inventure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The exact amount of the said financial transaction is not advertised, but experts believe that it is between 1.5 and 3 million USD.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Technology company Coders Centre, headquartered in the city of Wroclaw, was founded in 2014. The company specializes in the creation of information content management systems and electronic trading platforms. In addition, the Polish company owns four offices of development in Poland and client offices in New York, London, Erlangen (Germany) and Getebore (Switzerland). General Coders Centre staff is 75 people.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is worth noting that the partners of the Polish IT-companies are Sitecore, Microsoft and Adobe.
