The final deal has not closed, but it is nearing completion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are suggestions that Auchan, as part of the international large holding does not divulge all of the details of the transaction until its final completion. But, nevertheless, this information is not groundless.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">General Director of the Ukrainian association of suppliers of retail chains Oleksii Doroshenko has noted that the willingness of owners to sell the current network is quite understandable: &#8220;Now in Ukraine the desire to come out of business have many owners of retail chains. Many small networks are at a loss, and the owners understand that they can not continue to keep working. Some negotiating the sale already for the third circle.
