Former Minister of Environment of Ukraine Mykola Zlochevskyi involved in the imposition of a fine, which is the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine filed on its affiliates due to the acquisition of control over the company Kub-Gas without permission to do it by ACU. The amount of punishment is 3.12 million UAH. The above information has been made public on the official web – site of the AMC.<\/p>\n
From the ACU data became known that attached to the oil company Burisma Holdings of Zlochevskii company Resano Trading Ltd. (Virgin Islands) was fined 0.105 million UAH for the purchase of securities Kubgas Holding Ltd. (Cyprus) without the approval of the department.<\/p>\n
At the same time, the company’s Brociti Investments Ltd., LLC Infox and natural person – directors of Infox was imposed penalties 3.015 million UAH for the establishment of control over the company Kub-Gas (Kharkiv) without the approval of the department.<\/p>\n
In 2016 year a group of companies Burisma bought gas producing company Kub-Gaz<\/strong>, the owner of which had previously been Jan Kulczyk – the richest Polish man.<\/p>\n
