It became aware the results of the tender of Ukrhazvydobuvannia by 13.3 billion UAH on the organization of drilling gas wells. The winner was a little-known company Pivnichhazresurs,the charter capital of which is only 74 thousand UAH, and the staff consists of two people. Also, it should be noted that on account of the above-mentioned company there are more than 10 lawsuits. According to information posted on the website the Unified Register of court decisions in Ukraine, previously representative of Pivnichhazresurs passed by fraudulent actions cause. The essence of the charges was the unreasonably overstated cost of services, whose customer also was a state company.<\/p>\n
It should be pointed out that the proposal of the Pivnichhazresurs on tender was only 2.16 billion UAH at the claimed 13 billion. Thus, there are doubts about the quality of performance of the services provided by the company. According to the expert’s opinion, published on the portal of the Information Resource Ukrainian News, the low drilling costs may be associated with the project decommissioned art that, as a result, will be negatively displayed on the quality of the work done.<\/p>\n
