On it informs Interfax Ukraine with reference to official sources. To confirm the legitimacy of this request, representatives of the industrial group provide the court with the decision of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, according to which the plant is required to pay the debt to Ostchem Holding in the amount of 193.2 million dollars. In addition, to the plant also counted 57.9 million fine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despite the decision of the Stockholm arbitration, in Ukraine aforementioned treatment Ostchem rejected due to incorrect registration of the submitted materials. The ship proceedings between the company of Dmytro Firtash and Odessa Portside Plant have been lasting a little less than a year. At the heart of the conflict it is a debt of the plant to the company of emigrated entrepreneur, used for gas in 2013.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ostchem Holding AG<\/strong> is the largest representative of the chemical industry sector in Ukraine. Among the main directions of the enterprise are: production of mineral fertilizers, organic acids, titanium dioxide, liquid nitrogen and other chemical products.
