It became known from the information posted on the official website of the Ukrainian regulator. The cost of the transaction was not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Registered in Cyprus Rosneft Management Company Ltd and Fargrade Ltd. are the owners of the private joint-stock company Lynyk, which, in turn, belongs to one of the youngest oil processing enterprises in Ukraine &#8211; Lysychanskyi (Luhansk region). In addition, the companies are also co-owners of 141 Ukrainian gas station Rosneft, operating under the trading brands of the Formula, Smile, TNC and the Golden Cheetah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine previously rejected a request Glusco Energy S.A. to sign a contract with the shareholders of <strong>Rosneft<\/strong> Management Company Ltd and Fargrade Ltd.
