According to a statement, prosecutors claim was rejected, and the previous decision of the Dnepropetrovsk Commercial Court of Appeal\u00a0 canceled due to a lack of sufficient evidence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recall that the essence of the litigation was in the charge of metallurgical complex Arcelor Mittal in excess of pollutant emission standards in the atmosphere. The decision was \u00a0made by Dnipropetrovsk Commercial Court of Appeal at the beginning of November this year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is worth noting that in the current period\u00a0 the above mentioned court case is not the only in the biography of the Kryvyi Rih enterprise.
