Production concentration \u00a0more than 50%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to a law of economic competition defence, the committee permit is obligatory during the economic activity subject concentration with more than 50% of shares of another economic activity subject.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dragon Capital Ltd. was founded in 2000. It is one of the biggest invest companies of Ukraine. It has been working in direct investments and financial service areas. Dragon Capital Ltd. represents\u00a0 a full range of investment banking and broker services for enterprise and private customers.
