According to financial club, Oschasbank agreed with the credit debt of \u00a0JSC Avangard-Agro (AG) restructuration. The owner of AG is Oleh Bahmatiuk. It was published in the holding quarterly status report in London exchange.<\/p>\n
According to documents, the amount of debt will be\u00a0 converted in Ukrainian gryvnia by the rate of 25,65 UAH per 1 dollar.\u00a0 Debt repayment rate will consist of 12,5% of the annual payments. The Pechersk court of Kyiv obliged the State executive service to seize on a movable and immovable property of Oleh Bakhmatiuk and his current accounts in the Financial Initiative Bank and VAB in the common amount of 1,2 milliard UAH . The Executive Service of Ukraine cancelled its decision as it was illegal.\u00a0 NBU had declared a suit with the purpose of debt exacting by supply contracts of\u00a0 two\u00a0 banks bankrupt\u00a0 owners of Financial initiative, VAB and Finances and credit banks.<\/p>\n
