Now it the one of the biggest importer of Ukrainian sunflower oil and the pea. The main reason for it is a lacking volume and high local wheat price in India. Its authority has decreased the import duty on wheat from 25 to 10%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">India has imported the 51,2 thousand tonnes of Ukrainian wheat first party in June. At the beginning of the year, India purchased 410,3 thousand tonnes. For the time being, the total value of Ukrainian wheat export has equalled to 1 million tonnes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Ukrainian wheat squeezes its main Australian competitors. According to USDA estimation, India has been importing 3 million tonnes of wheat. It plans to purchase 2 million tonnes in Ukraine.Thailand and India are the main exporters of Ukrainian wheat.
