A head of the National bank of Ukraine appeals to law enforcements\u00a0 with the request\u00a0 to inspect Soyuz and Veles banks. It returned \u00a0to work in spite of the fact that the Central Bank had decided its liquidation. \u00a0V.Gontareva informed on Thursday that \u00a0these two banks recently had renewed its work. NBU stopped its functioning due to roguish actions and white-washing. Soyuz and Veles banks have returned its work through the court decision. V. Gontareva promised that NBU did \u00a0all possible to not admit it at all cost.<\/p>\n
She believes that the main reform in our country, the fair and unengaged judicial system are the key condition of Ukraine economy stable growth.On April 28 of \u00a02016, the court repeatedly has decided to revoke the banking license and to liquidate Soyuz bank for a systematic violation of the law in the sphere of financial monitoring.<\/p>\n

Concerning Velez bank, Kyiv Appellate court has confirmed the decision on May 26\u00a0of 2016 about\u00a0 the legitimacy of resolution adoption of the NBU.An addition point is that NBU appealed to the Highest Qualification Commission of judges of Ukraine to bring three judges of Kyiv District administrative court to disciplinary responsibility. NBU appeals to provide the same actions\u00a0 concerning judges of the Kyiv appeal administrative court.<\/p>\n
