According to a report, 367 regulatory legal acts have been\u00a0 cancelled.\u00a0 It concerns a law system, notary service payment mechanism for the legal entities, agricultural sector, standard assessment calculation procedures\u00a0 of the land plots, oil and gas accumulations development rules. These changes give an opportunity to Ukrainian entrepreneurs spreading their capabilities and get lost of excessive\u00a0 control from the state.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If to speak in details,\u00a0 the Cabinet of Ministers has annulled the minimal attorney service payment \u00a0for commercial entities in the amount of 1%. The representatives of executive government branch have liquidated the prescription for agrarians on seed blending. That\u2019s why the agricultural enterprises overpaid for logistic and store service. What is concerning the oil companies, the state is ready to minimise the control which was provided to its activity. On the other hand, it worth remembering that on the 1st of November 2016 the law project \u201cAbout changes in Budget Code of Ukraine\u201d\u00a0 has been proclaimed on fundamental principles.\u00a0 It is concerning the settlement receipts\u00a0 system and\u00a0 means usage from a rent payment for development of oil and gas fields.
