Edouard Henon,the owner of the oldest in Bordeaux truffle plantation, plans to organise a truffle farm in the territory of the regional Kharkiv park landscape .He is sure that all conditions, necessary for the cultivation of a delicacy, are in the Kharkiv park .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The expert says :&#8221;Tests of the land have shown its suitable structure, places in the wood with the replying illumination and level of humidity for saplings. I think that it will be possible to carry out experimental planting of the young oaks and nuts imparted by a mycelium in the spring. It is necessary to wait for the first harvest 5-6 years. Cultivation of truffles is a long-term project. It demands a patience, the persistence and the diligence. But it is worth that it will be the Ukraine&#8217;s first truffle farm&#8221; .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preparation of conditions for a harvest will be begun in the spring. They are going \u00a0to conduct tours to a farm in the future.
