As Ukrsadprom association reported,229 million of UAH and the taken measures into accounts of the corporation were still returned.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Andrew Kovalenko, deputy director of economic security department and financial risks of JSC SFGCU noted: &#8220;Practically all receivables before SFGCU were formed during 2013-2014 years as a result of the numerous facts of official position abuses by corporation officials, the cash and tangible assets of society connected by partners of rather an illegal occupancy. Generally, total receivables in a hryvnia equivalent for 2013-2014 has constituted 800 million UAH from which we already have returned nearly 230 million UAH. Work in this direction is continued&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During 2015-2016,we have taken measures for a return of debts behind 15 external economic contracts in 2013-2014. We concluded it with 5 offshore companies which total amount of debt \u00a0constitutes $132 million in SFGCU.As a result of the work which is carried out for this period, 14 positive judgments on collection from the nonresident companies for benefit of JSC SFGCU of receivables are received.Generally, by a management initiative of the corporation.
