According to UNIAN news agency, yesterday the National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NACBU) opened three criminal cases concerning the facts of officials illegal enrichment. On the basis of information, specified in electronic declarations, 3 criminal proceedings are opened: 2 concern People’s Deputies of Ukraine, 1 concerns the representative of judicial authority.<\/p>\n
For the time being, a pre-judicial investigation has been continuing. We remind that the date of electronic local and state representatives declarations submission has been expired on October 30, 2016.<\/p>\n
According to the Law of Ukraine “About prevention of corruption”, the National agency \u00a0prevention on corruption prevention (NACP) provides check and control of electronic declarations. NACP controls timeliness of representation, the correctness of filling of electronic declarations, performs verification of the provided data on signs of illegal enrichment.<\/p>\n
NABU has the right to make involved responsible persons to an offence,on the basis of the Criminal procedural code of Ukraine.In a case of messages receipt with the sufficient facts on criminal offences making in the bureau of statements and messages, the corresponding data will be entered in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations.<\/p>\n
Management of analytics and information processing of NABU has carried out the mentioned above three criminal proceedings of illegal enrichment which had been \u00a0opened as a result of People’s Deputies addresses and the corresponding information of analytical inspections.<\/p>\n
